1. Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.

2. Manage relationships with partners and other organisations.

3. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

4. Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices.

5. Overseeing PR and content strategies

6. Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

7. Strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction.

8. Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals

9. Controlling company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives to address theft and other losses

10. Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics

11. Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
12. Identify key institutional and accredited investors for specific transactions to be listed on platform when required 

13. Assist the stakeholders in fund raising activities when required

14. Able to assist with deal sourcing and corporate partnership

Qualification & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
  • More than 8 years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, administration, or related field
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
  • Abide by all non-compete/solicit agreements
  • Block chain and FinTech knowledge is an extra advantage
